How payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for Microdose Montana consultations and support.
General policy
Microdose Montana offers professional education, preparation, integration, and support services. Fees are for the practitioner's time, preparation, and reserved appointment availability, not for a particular outcome.
Consultations and sessions
Unless a different written agreement applies, payments for completed consultations, sessions, or support time are not refundable once the service has been provided.
If you need to reschedule, contact the practice as early as possible. Rescheduling requests are handled case by case based on availability and the circumstances.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full because that time was reserved for you and may not be possible to offer to someone else on short notice.
If an emergency or unavoidable situation prevents you from attending, contact the practice as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed.
Packages or ongoing support
If services are purchased as a package or ongoing support arrangement, any refund for unused time will depend on the written terms provided at purchase, the amount of work already performed, and any scheduling or administrative costs already incurred.
Practice cancellations
If Microdose Montana needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the practice will make reasonable efforts to offer a new appointment time. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund or credit for the affected paid service may be offered.
